Music City Moms is an online community for local parents. It has been renovated from Joomla to WordPress. We also handle all of the blog content creation, social media management, and search engine optimization (SEO) for this site. -
CMI Shows was rebranding and needed an updated website for their e-commerce musical productions. We moved them from Joomla to WordPress and streamlined their online store using WooCommerce. -
Eat The Art is a local bakery that teaches baking classes. They were also in need of a website redesign. This responsive WordPress site features professional photography to make the pages stand out. -
Frontgate Technology Solutions is a local IT solutions company. They were in need of a website design update. This responsive site is customized using the Divi theme and integrates with Constant Contact for their newsletter. -
We created Ortwein Sign with the WordPress content management system. Having a completely responsive website was important to the owner so as to not lose any mobile customers, as well as the ability to easily tweak the SEO keywords used on the site using the Yoast SEO plug-in and publish blog posts. -
Southgate Children’s Academy is a local preschool that needed a website update. We provided a completely custom Joomla template as a base and other standard features of our brochure websites; Google maps and a slideshow. -
Held Secure needed an update to their website that highlights their histology supply boxes. We gave them a modern website that is easy for them to keep updated using Joomla CMS. We also got them on the first page of Google using their long-tail keyword phrases in the copywriting -
We also work with a team of web and graphic designers on certain projects. While we cannot list those sites separately on this portfolio, be assured that we have plenty of experience with WordPress and Joomla, working in a collaborative environment.
ABOUT
Hey there. I’m Bonnie.
After graduating college with a Computer Science degree, I went into technical support for desktops and servers. I dabbled in web design and development for many years, even before it was popular, making websites for myself, local small businesses, and some for my day job. I was let go from that day job when they cut headcount by 20% across the company. I did some soul searching and realized that the most fun I’d had in my job was when I was creating something. I loved making websites and writing scripts… things that were creative and did something.
So here I am with Hey Mister Designs making things. I want to make great, dynamic websites to help small businesses with their web presence.
